Clinic expectations

Arrive by 8:00 AM, professionally dressed with name badge
Complete pre-visit planning the afternoon before each clinic
Protect patient privacy at all times (HIPAA)
Communicate absences to your preceptor in advance
Come prepared for daily topic discussions
Seek and act on feedback

First-day checklist

Complete clinic onboarding and EHR access
Review this hub and the rotation calendar
Read the diabetes and hypertension guidelines
Bring white coat, badge, and drug reference
Set three personal learning goals
Meet with Dr. Bazaldua for orientation
